This vintage dress is in dark green, soft velvet. It is a poly/nylon blend. It is not a stiff, thick velvet fabric. It is a drop waist style with long sleeves. The white satin bib collar has a center lace applique trim and a 3 pink rosettes. It has a pink satin bow at the drop waist. It has a zipper back. It is made by Caitlyn Scott.
