Beautiful handmade turquoise dress from Debbie Katz South Beach, in Small.  Halter tie neck with pull string tie back.  Also back upper skirt tie. Slim fit, no stretch to fabric.  Double lined fabric on top, embroidered on both sides.  Embroidering in a grey blue, bright yellow and dark turquoise colors. 

100% Rayon, hand wash.

Condition:  Worn once, in excellent condition.  Small smudge/mark on lower front-see photo.
