This is a VINTAGE BUTANE BLACK CIGARETTE LIGHTER (0857)  The writing on the lighter States: THE OLDEST” REGISTERED, Distillery NO. 1, EST 1866, IN THE UNITED STATES, JACK DANIEL’S OLD TIME, OLD No. 7 BRAND, QUALITY Tennessee YOUR MOON WHISKEY and the rest of the writing is hard to make out. It measures 3 inches long by 7/8 inches wide. I did not fill it with butane fuel to see if it still works, but the igniter switch click fine.
