Vintage 1961 Simplicity 3778 One-Piece Dress with Two Aprons & Head Scarf Sewing Pattern.
"Simple to Make". Dress has squared neckline, very short kimono sleeves, back zipper, and full gathered skirt. 
V 1. has button detail and matching scarf. 
V. 1, 2 contrasting aprons gather into waistband and have self tie ends. 
V 1. has eyelet edging trim and a faced detachable bib which buttons to bodice. It attaches to front waistband with a nylon tape closure. 
V.2 has top-stitched band of dress fabric and ric- rack trim.
