Led by vocalist Cindy Wasserman and singer-guitarist Frank Lee Drennen, DEAD ROCK WEST specialize in a kind of jangly west coast all country that slides into pop and punk. Formed in 2002, the band  also includes multi-instrumentalist Phil Parlapiano (mandolin and organ), drummer Bryan Head and basist David J. Carpender.

Honey and Salt is their debut album released 2007. In 2011, they made ' Bring Morning Stars and in 2015, they made 'It's Everly time!'. In 2017, they produced 'More Love'.
