BURLAP COSTUME COWL / HOOD

Burlap Costume Cowl / Hood. Burlap like material. Not quite as scratchy as regular Burlap. Does have a slight smell coming out of the package. Burlap is cut jagged and has smaller frayed strings / pieces around head. Twine like rope. Hood is not full in the back and tapers upward in the middle. Rough handling could cause damage to the seam on this type of material. The cut ends of the burlap does fray and sheds fuzz. May also shed loose strings from the cut fabric. 100% Polyester. The burlap material may make sensitive individuals itch. Not for ages under 14. DOES NOT INCLUDE MANNEQUIN.
