These run small so the pair you will receive will be marked a size higher than what are you ordering. These are made of canvas and are perfect for painting with fabric paints or decorating but, of course, you don't have to decorate them & can just leave them as they are & wear them as is. The straps wrap around your ankle. I only have a pic of the Peach ones right now but the black are exactly the same shoe in Black Canvas. These shoes have a 2 1/4" wedge heel in the back that tapers to 1/2" in the front.
