This item is a very old scarab bracelet.  The spring ring clasp needs to be replaced and one of the links has come apart from the bracelet.  It just needs to be tightened with plyers and it will be a bracelet.  I don't repair jewelry as a matter of disclosure to a potential buyer.   It has 4 scarabs and every other link is an open loop.  It is 7 inches long.  It also needs to be cleaned.
