The stapled binding is in acceptable condition. The pages are lightly tanning and have some smudging on the outer edges.  The cover is edge worn and there is an edge tear from page 71 to the back cover, the last couple of pages have a small loss at the tear. The front and back covers have some stains and the spine is splitting.
