Most of our wigs and hairpieces ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, so you never have to worry about their authenticity. However, there is sometimes a backorder with the manufacturer that is unforeseen. Please check your messages until you see your item has shipped in case there is an issue with your shade being in stock. I will help you choose another that is close, or another wig or hairpiece style. Or, we can also place a backorder for your wig so that it will ship directly from the manufacturer to you as soon as it's in stock. Communication is so important, and I will keep you informed every step of the way! 


We use NORIKO® professionally photographed images that are the very best available to ensure color accuracy, however we can't control the way the colors will look on your monitor. If you are unsure of a color or have any questions, please contact us so that we can help you place your order. Take the following precautions to ensure your purchase is eligible for return or exchange: 1) Carefully open your wig box. 2) Do not remove the tags from the wig. 3) Wear a wig cap before trying on the wig! This is very important for sanitary purposes. We want you to buy your wigs from us with confidence and we want you to be happy with your purchase, but wigs must remain sanitary and be able to be resold if they are returned.
