Heavy duty cylinder press for Enterprise 4 quart sausage stuffers.  Use the heavy shim under the steel plate and press the meat into the casings with minimal escaping from the top of the cylinder.   This is the smaller of the sizes that are made.  We also have the shim for larger 6 and 8 qt cast iron Enterprise stuffers.
