This is a beautiful handmade glass Fenton Bicentennial Commemorative Plate, #4 in a series of 4. It is an antique powder blue and measures approximately 8-1/4”. It has no visible cracks or chips. There are a few black marks as the picture shows.  This is Authentic Handmade Glass.  When formed, takes on its own unique characteristics.  No two are alike.  Contact us with any questions.  We also have plate # 2 available.
