RETURNS: we do allow  *UNLESS STATED IN DESCRIPTION SOLD AS IS * however items that are new in package if they are opened for any reason they are no longer new, You will have to send item back at your cost, and original shipping I had to pay will be deducted from your refund. Items such as anything that is vitamins, sanitary, makeup, under garments, mouth guards ect. Can not be returned at all for health reasons. 

INSURED ITEMS: can not be returned until insurance has been accepted, in some cases we do not require item to be returned. 

PAYMENTS: Must be made withing 24 hours of purchase, one reminder email will be sent after that case will be started item will be relisted.

SHIPPING: we have no control over therefore once the item leaves our hands and is accepted at the post office we are no longer held responsible, The only way to guarantee delivery is to have insurance on the item for loss or damage, anything 50.00 and over we will add insurance at no cost to you. anything going priority will have free insurance up to 50.00. 

Canceling items: we will no longer cancel an item after it has been paid for there has been to many buying paying and then canceling we do not get back all our fees when this is done. We have to pay to use and when this happens alot we loose money that we can not afford to loose.
