Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund less a 20% restocking fee or exchange the product for another one at full value, be it similar or not.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
#1.Condition of items: No Worries! Everything leaves from a smoke free/pet free enviroment. If anything WERE to have an odor or some other flaw, we wouldn't sell it, or we would mention it in the listing.
#2. Some have wondered why we charge 20% restocking fee. Well, my friends, it is simple- has pretty much forced us to take returns for 30 days after a sale and often times offer free shipping- but I am not another well known online store! LOL! I am just a small store owner, and cannot afford to eat the shipping on that pair of shoes you don't like after wearing them for 2 weeks( been there, done that!).
We accept returns for any reason,but in my small business store, it's a better deal to take an exchange, for both of us.
Of course, if the mistake is mine, I have no prioblem owning up and will stand behind the guarantee of 100% satisfaction.
