All purchased items are fully refundable within 30 days from the purchased date if the customer no longer requires the product, providing the item is unused, undamaged and unopened. Postage consumed by delivering your product to you from your initial purchase are non-refundable. Customers will be refunded upon our receipt of the original item.
If the product is damaged on arrival or if the item have been “Lost in Transit” during delivery, whereby the customer does not receive their purchases within a 21 days window from the date of the completed payment transaction, you can contact us by e-mail and we will be more than happy to send off a replacement to you on the following working day. We will bear the cost of the Postage again to send a replacement. If however the product is irreplaceable due to Out-of-Stock or manufacturer no longer produces the item, we will offer a full refund for your purchase excluding the consumed postage.
