This part was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning system May 24th (2019). Old systems was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. This part was inspected for proper work by professional HVAC installer before was removed. One more time it was tested 

with OHM meter before item listed.
