Shipping United States:

We ship from Virginia using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We do not change your shipping address by email. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
We do ship to APO, FPO, Post Office box addresses.
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and any other US State.
Shipment over $250 will need a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been cleared(Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
The shipment usually takes 3 -7 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.

RETURN

Merchandise purchased may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Reason for return must be indicated.
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Original condition is defined as:

All tags still attached to product.
Material must be unused, and unaltered.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and we will deduct the shipping cost in sending you the goods from the refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you wish to receive a refund due to buyer's remorse (no longer needed), a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund total.

RETURNS PROCESS

4. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup of your return.

5. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s).

6. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 6 business days of our warehouse receiving it.

7. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement.

8. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
