Department 56 Town Tinker Set of 2, #5646-4 from the Heritage Village Collection. Introduced in 1992, the Town Tinker was retired in 1995. The Town Tinker, figure and wagon, is used but was well cared for and is in excellent condition. It comes with its original styrofoam box and sleeve. The base of the wagon is 3 inches long and 1-7/8 inches wide. It is almost 3 inches high.
