Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Please retain proof of postage when returning items, and be sure to include your order number with your return. You may return any unopened item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. To do this you must advise us within 7 days of receipt. If the goods are faulty you may contact GoGoNano within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
