Blood Money by James Grippando.  This is a First Edition book but is also an ex-Library book, complete with card pocket. ISBN: 9780062109842. The cover is good and has a plastic sleeve over it, the pages are good but appear to have been damp, maybe a quick brush with snow where pages are left wrinkled but not stained. Good solid book.
