This is a vintage July 20, 1959 unused ticket stub for ABC show held at the Little Theatre located at 240 West 44th Street between B'way and 8th Avenue, New York: Mike Stokey's Pantomime Quiz.
The Little Theatre was a Broadway theatre designed by the architect Harry Creighton Ingalls of the firm Ingalls & Hoffman, and built by Winthrop Ames. It's name was chosen due to both its small size (seating capacity of only 300) and its goal to create intimate productions.
The theatre opned on March 12, 1912 and reopened in 1979 when it was bought by Martin Markinson and Donald Tick from Westinghouse Broadcasting for $800,000. The Theatre was renamed Helen Hayes Theatre for Helen Hayes in 1983.
Mike Stokey's Pantomime Quiz was the first game show to be based on the parlor game Charades; it gave life to a few other game shows using this type of format. The show aired with ABC Daytime from 5/18/1959 to 10/8/1959.
