Here is a used Vintage Elgin Ladies 700 Series Arbor, Clutch, Pinion, Lever, etc., watch parts . The box is not totally complete. The vials that have something in them appear to be unused. The vials (#773) that are missing or upside down do not have anything in them. The outer box does have some usage wear.
