Open Box Item -  The packing Box is a little distressed, but the item inside the box is not used and is complete, and in new or like new condition. I did not see any issue that was worth mentioning and it should be just like new but there could be extrememly minor cosmetic blemishes such as minor scratches on mounting rails that I did not notice in the initial inspection, but I will check again before shipping it to you to ensure all is still as advertised. Any of our "new other" items could be a retailer customer return for reasons such as they ordered the wrong one, or changed  thier mind, but the items could no longer be sold as factory new because it had been shiped and opened. or the packing box was no longer perfect. Please read about us and general information about our items and why we can offer you a deal at the bottom of our ad.
