This is a beautiful antique Battenburg lace or tape lace collar.
Ivory.
Hand made.
Cotton tape, with hand done lace, rings, and spider webs.
This could grace the neckline of your historic recreation, or it could be a graceful accent for your contemporary blouse or sweater. Just pin it in place with a pretty brooch or a stitch or two.
In perfect undamaged condition. No stains or fraying. (It was a cloudy day when photographed - there are NO stains or discolorations. Just shadows.)
