Vintage Crystal Westmoreland Glass Basket wheel cut flower decoration on the sides This beautiful little basket is about my 4th or 5th one of these I've found. it is made by Westmoreland and stands 6.5 inches high. It has a lovely wheel-cut flower on each side.
