Can we resize the ring?
Yes, *all rings can be resized free of charge. Upon receiving your purchase order, we will send you an email requesting your ring size. In case we do not receive an answer from you within two (2) days,our policy is to send the ring out in the size stated on the item description page. Please note: that all our rings can easily be resized by any at any time by a qualified jeweller.

All shipments are shipped directly from our Israeli office due to current world pandemic. Our New York office is closed.
All returns must be returned to our Israeli office, we will supply our customers with a free return label to Israel.
Israel and the USA have a free-trade agreement for jewelry, therefore you will not be asked to pay tax when you receive your package. However, for items over $2000 you might be requested by the shipping carrier to provide your Social Security number.
We believe in our jewelry, and want our customers to be satisfied. We offer you a 30 day return policy!!!!! It's easy to return, just call us and we'll give you a return shipping ID. All returns must be returned fully insured by the customer. After we receive the item our qualified jewelers will inspect the item. Pending inspection, we will refund your purchase price (not including fees and shipping expenses). For your safety all refunds will be made only to original PayPal accounts.
Please note: Although we offer free resizing, if a customer returns a ring that was resized then we deduct $30 for an item that was resized and subsequently returned.
