It has a copyright date of 1928 on it, and was published by M. Witmark & Sons. It is in good condition, for its age. There are also some scuffs and light stains the music as well. The music is 5 pages long. There are many tears along the edges, and there are pencil and pen notations throughout the music, and on the cover. This is a great, very old piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
