This product does not come in retail packaging, but it is a new OEM product. However, it may have some cosmetic blemishes from shipping or storage.

you will receive the spoiler only without the hardware, instructions, and the individual box. I believe you can buy the hardware at the dealer if there is any needed. I really don't know what hardware needed for it.
