Vintage Planter's Peanut Measuring Scoop, includes tablespoon, teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon measures.  It's a light blue color.  I believe we got this on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey at the Planter's Peanut Store in the late 1960's (long before the casinos).
