The unit has power but is not fully functional. The unit is dusty and dirty in crevices and inside. It was wiped down, but will require detailing. Side 2 will play a tape. Side 1 will record but there is no sound, and there is no sound if you try to play on that side. The tape counter does not move. The unit was plugged in only and not tested with batteries. There is corrosion in the battery compartment. The radio works. All buttons work on Side 1 & 2. The headphone jack works. I could not test the line in jacks. Scuffs and scratches from use. Batteries not included. The bottom is stamped "SEC LANGUAGE DEPT" in red ink. Scuffs and scratches from use. Batteries not included.
