Great Outer layer/ or Dress from famous 1990s Los Angeles designer Luth Garde.

She is mostly known for dressing Johnny Depp's ex-wife Vanessa Paradis. 

Hand-made w/ crochet and knot/rosettes.  Linen blend possibly.  Natural /beige color.

No size/fabric tag.

I believe you can use the long side pieces at the waist to tie together as shown or you can have this lay open as a layer which would also make it fit a bigger size.

Hard to measure. Imagine it like an apron. Fully opened from side to side it is 30"

Putting it together it's around 15" waist flat

and approx 16.5" pit to pit

44" long

(the model is Size US 4, 27" waist, and fits well)
