I don't recall the details surrounding this coin.  It states Quality Development Peace around the coin.  The cardboard case has a smudge on the reverse which may erase.  It is about 1 inch in diameter. I don't know if it is circulated or uncirculated.  I think it was one of those times when I bought something and other things were part of the purchase, like this coin. It has never been out of its holder.
