The lighter was manufactured by Continental.  It looks like a pack of Chesterfield cigarettes but is only a little over 2 inches tall and under 1 1/2 inches wide. It is used and a little worn but certanily acceptable to fill that spot in your collection. I believe Chesterfield cigarettes were removed from the market at some point but I don't recall the details.  They were manufactured by Liggett & Myers Tobacco Co.  Except for the front and back which is made to look like the pack of cigarettes the rest is chrome.
