This is a 5/8"H x 2-7/8"W quality bright brass plate to engrave your pet's name and dates on. It has a diamond cut double edge border and will be engraved with your choice of Gold or Silver plate, Block or Script style font, and the choice of having paw prints, bones, or hearts added around your pet's name, or just text only.

When submitting payment, you will find a textbox on the PayPal checkout page that says "Note to Seller". You can leave the following information in this textbox:

1. Name of Pet

2. Date of Birth; and

3. Date of Death

4. Choice of Gold or Silver Plate

5. Choice of Block or Script style font

6. Choice of Text-Only, Paw Prints, Hearts or Bones

You can just email the information to me.

I accept PayPal payments only. Payment should be received within 3 days.
