This little folder was advertising Brewer's Sunoco Service Center and Auto Sales in Myerstown PA.  It was a promo that was probably given out to their customers when a registration card and license fit in something of that size, or they were folded to fit.  There is no Sunoco logo on the item.  I don't think it was ever used.  There are no tears in the plastic. It is chocolate brown with golden lettering.
