3 zippers on each side of the front opening for flair, 2 small hooks in the front inside of the jacket if you choose to wear it closed. 9" wide, 1.5" long elastic band across the back of the jacket and 3, 3.5" lines of elastic from the cuff up each sleeve.  This jacket makes a statement.

Arm length (under to cuff): 12.5", 13.5 if you pull the elastic down, Length of Jacket:  22" from the back of the neck to the bottom of the blazer.  

Excellent condition besides the very minor snags on the back shoulder.
