This Boyds Bears Washington G. Bear (#919890) Plush Bear is a member of HB Heirloom Series & is a Bear of the Month Limited Edition for 2007.  Washington is a 16-inch off-white bear with hockey-stick arms & off-white leather paw pads with blue sewn-on stripes & red embroidered stars on his footpads.  His head, arms & legs are jointed so he is posable & his body is partially bean-filled.  He has shoe-button eyes & is wearing a cotton blue & white plaid with red stars neck bow.  On is left hand paw pad is a leather sewn-on Limited Edition number tag 191/300.

This bear is in excellent condition with his original hang tags.
