For your consideration, here is a Vintage Glass Bar, with Groves, marked Made in England, with tapered ends.  I am not sure what it is for.  It has some groves in the middle on one side.  It measures 10 7/8 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and 5/8's of an inch tall.  It has some wear on it and a few light chips on one end.  I took a photo of them.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (579-181x-1.8hc)
