This car is the 1929 STEELCRAFT BY MURRAY ROADSTER. The Roadster measures approximately 6" long, 3.25" high and 3.5" wide. Beautifully detailed, this pedal car has a steering wheel that turns the front wheels and back wheels that activate the pedals!
From the information card: "Originally stamped from real automobile steel, this sturdy vehicle is regally designed. Fully equipped with cushion springs and ball-bearing rear axle, this car was a real luxury. A child could get a running start, hop off the running board into the driver's seat, and attend to the important gauges and meters on the elaborate instrument panel."
The underside of this classic car states that it was manufactured in 1997 and is Edition #18985 (of 39,500.)
