This item, No. 1140, is "The One Touch Alert System & Suction Assist Bar"  The grip is meant to be used as a balancing assist (not for body weight) and it easily installs onto a clean surface. It's easy to remove too! (Instructions are on the box.)  Notably, an alert system is also included.  It may be attached to the grip or used as a portable alert.  A touch of the red "Alert" button is loud enough to summon a caregiver outside of the bathroom.

Please note that this item requires 3AAA batteries which are NOT included.
