Geometric motifs fascinate me. I don't know whether it's their bold simplicity, their repetition, or the fact that I'm a bit of a math nerd & geometry was my favorite mathematics subject. All I know is that I love creating bracelet designs based on geometric motifs. Nearly 2,000 salmon & bronze-colored beads are in this bracelet.

The bracelet was hand-woven (without a loom) by me, 2 small beads at a time, using a technique called 2-drop peyote stitch. The resulting beadwork has a lovely drape, almost like fabric. The bracelet measures 1" (2.54cm) wide & 7" (17.8cm long, including the bronze-color tube slide clasp.
