Complete Upper Unit Rebuild kit for Mercruiser R/MR/ And Alpha One, From 1974 to 1991. It has a 20-24 Tooth Count (1.98 Or 1.94)Ratio.

Used on the GM 4 Cylinder Engine, both the 153/2.5 120HP and the 181/3.0L 140HP Engines

Does not fit Generation 2 Outdrives. A Gen 2 drive can be identified by having a stainless steel water pump housing and small plastic trim bushings.

Kit Contains all of the Necessary Gaskets, O-Rings, Seals, Bearings, Shims, Drive Gear, And Driven Gear.

Replaces Mercruiser #: 43-803101T1.
