Grosset and Dunlap. Copyright 1942. Printing year estimated at 1945 or 1946.
Green boards with slight corner bumping. No writing/markings except for penciled numbers at top right of front free endpaper. Track between plain frontispiece and title page. No loose, ripped or missing pages.Dark blue top page block. Deep rose staircase endpapers.
Internally, lists to itself. White-spine dust jacket with some small chips and edgewear. Front flap lists to The Rainbow Riddle (1946). Back flap lists to Beverly Gray's Challenge (1945). Rear of jacket lists to Nancy Drew The Quest of the Missing Map (1942).
Overall, a nice vintage book illustrated by Pelagie Doane.
