Grosset and Dunlap. Copyright 1954. Revised/condensed 1974. Print run 1979. This is the revised 20-chapter text and picture cover. Farah-coded 1979A-42. Author of original was Charles Strong, and the 1974 text was adapted by Ann Shultes.
Black/white multiscene endpapers.
Lovely book with no noticeable flaws except for very slight corner bumping of front board. Great spine, clean pages, no writing/marking. A very light spot on the rear cover to the right of the last listed title.
Hard to believe this one is 44 years old. Feels as if not read.
