The vest looks brand new but for the purposes of this sale we will call it pre-owned/used. It is a size XXL. It has breast hand pockets on the outside. There are two HUGE pockets on the inside as shown with elastic bands on the inside. I don't know what they are for. Embossed on the back as shown. Ships insured.
