We bought the ornament originally when it was released. Upon getting our collection of ornaments for display for Christmas 2020, I discovered it was broken and the part missing. So I searched for a replacement and it arrived in pristine condition.

The Hallmark Snowball and Tuxedo ornaments are adorable. The series began in 2001 and each year Hallmark adds another cute ornament of the two pals being together whether snuggling or playing. I love this series and have the entire collection to date. I can’t wait to see this year’s ornament (2020). Hallmark ornaments are great quality and will last forever with care. These ornaments can be passed down from generation to generation. Thank you, Hallmark!
