Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on new unopened and unused merchandise. Authorization required. Make claims of damage or item issues within 3 days of receipt. PAPER GOODS are not returnable after the holiday has passed at all.

BOAS/CLOTHING: I do not match clothing to anything not guarantee it will match your shoes, dress etc. fabrics, feathers may not be colorfast.
COLORS are named by the manufacturer and not by me and may not match your idea of the color due to the differences in cameras and computer resolutions and other software used to create photos for upload to the various websites. You may check the internet for variances you may expect in color names.

Items that come back in the mail as un-deliverable or rejected will have appropriate refund as if a normal return.
