Item description
This is a vintage Fenton milk glass hobnail pedestal candy dish or compote with a ruffled or crimped rim. Solid white with a glossy finish, it measures about 5.25" tall and 6.75" across at the widest part. Condition is excellent with no chips or damage of any kind. There is a piece of green felt that's been glued to the bottom, which I believe was probably done by my aunt (this was hers) to protect her coffee table from scratches. I decided not to remove the felt because a) I am clumsy and the more I fiddle around with pieces like this, the more likely I am to drop or break them, and b) because you might actually like the felt being there for the same reason my aunt did (and you can remove it if not). It's really a lovely mid-century piece. When I was a child my aunt used to put fancy little candies in it, and I almost didn't want to take one because of how pretty it looked with them in there. Now it needs a new home, where it can be appreciated for more generations to come. Asking $14.00 obo. Everything I have listed for sale is "or best offer", so feel free to make an offer.

ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP.
I sell a huge variety of stuff to supplement my income and help me put the last of my kids through college. Some items come from flea markets or estate sales, and some come from around our home, but many items come to me from my extended family of hardcore hoarders. So, the variety really can be vast and unpredictable. Please check back often, because you really never know what I will have from one day to the next!
Thanks for visiting and have a great day!
