Beautifully preserved piece of American history! This authentic antique school desk was manufactured by the renowned American Seating Company. It features the classic early 20th-century design, combining a sturdy cast-iron frame with warm, rich solid wood. Perfect as a unique accent table, a nostalgic decor piece for a playroom or entryway, or a functional historical collectible. ? Authentic Maker's Mark: Clearly stamped with "ASC 4" on the iron framework. ? Built-in Inkwell: Includes the original designated cutout slot for a vintage ceramic or glass inkwell at the top right. ? Integrated Storage: Features a spacious built-in under-desk storage cubby/shelf for books and papers. ? Space-Saving Design: The wooden seat is built on a hinge and smoothly folds up when not in use. ? Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a wonderful natural patina. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, there is a possibility that the quote may no longer be available. *Shipments of large items to the West Coast may take several weeks to months* For freight shipping, it may be up to a month before an item is able to be shipped.
