If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), I will deduct the cost of the original shipping before I send your refund. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once I see your photos showing that it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping you paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). I also need the photos to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail or UPS shipments.
